It’s always exciting when a client has a vision they want to shape for their photo session. Hannah, a talented photographer loved the idea of pulling highland cows into her maternity photos. She and her husband had spent their honeymoon in the Scottish Highlands and she speaks of that time as such a magical experience. When she found a local farm, we had to run with it. Such a special evening!

Sometimes a photographer just wants to have full creative outlet more for themselves than for the client. When Im feeling that itch, I do a model call and plan everything. In this case, I really wanted a fully nude maternity model, in a charming old historic home with some quirky accessories occasionally. Cue my Cleveland expecting mama, I couldn’t believe she was willing to travel hours for this photo shoot but im so glad she did. I left feeling inspired and ready to take on busy season.
